At Woody Leather Goods, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our products are made individually and often customized, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of every item we create.

Returns
We want you to love your Woody Leather Goods purchase. However, because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you believe your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide next steps.
To complete any approved return, we require proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our work, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Any item not in its original condition (used, worn, or damaged after delivery)
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–15 business days.
If your refund has not appeared after that time, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, and send the product to:

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged items may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
International Orders
Our handcrafted goods are now carried and shipped internationally. Please note that international shipping times and customs fees may vary depending on the destination. Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
